Umamis Head Chef, Christian Paradisi, has more than 25 years of experience from kitchens around the world. Christian settled down in Copenhagen in 2008, when he started at Umami, where he is a partner today.
Paradisi will never compromise regarding Japanese produce and authentic cooking, just as he will always guarantee a standard and quality worthy of the Japanese tradition and our esteemed guests.
Clay Albertus has been Restaurant Manager at Umami since 2014. She is in charge of daily management of the restaurant, where she reigns supreme. Clay is one of the driving forces behind Umamis constant striving for the very best in quality, produce and service, making sure our guests get the very best overall experience possible.
